Name of company/service: Sify broadband
I have been using Sify Broadband prepaid connection from the month of July.For using in the month of August I have done recharge of Rs.1008 on last week of july.But from 30th July the connection is unavailable till date due the some problem on their side.
I had contacted customer care for several times, even mailed them and every time they told that they will work on it but its been 2weeks no one responded back nor even anyone come to my place.I have contacted the vendor also who has provided the connection but he is trying to avoid and not mentioning anything clearly about the issue or when it will be resolved.
I have lost my patience for this as a consumer and I would like them to refund or compensate the money I have paid for this month as already 14days are gone.It is such worse service from a large provider like this.I would like to request you to do the needful for this.
