Unavailability of connection

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: DISH TV DTH connection

Dishtv had published on their web site that delivery will be made within 24 hours on booking connection online. ref : http://www.dishtv.in/home-delivery.aspx
I have booked my connection on 08/07/12 at about 6:38 am, but till date(09/07/12 time: 5:00 pm)I have not received my connection yet and moreover customer care persons are saying “We are trying our best to deliver you, please be with us.”
Please help me to solve my problem to receive my connection as soon as possible or refund me my amount.
