Unauthorized telecalls

Dear Sir, on 29th June i got two calls from two different unknown numbers +75602605227, +375602605220 with a time gap of 15 minutes when i lifted the call i didn’t hear any voice from the caller. With a guess of those calls i got from my relatives i called back and i heard screaming and i disconnected the call after listen 5 to 10 secs. And i lost 15 Indian Rupee mobile balance. I am giving a compliant on Idea cellular i believe for to reduce our account balance they are only making these kind of calls, so please kindly do Justis for me. My mobile number is 9010445609 my network connection is IDEA, and i am located in Hyderabad.

    The same problem with me, i have also activated DND long back, not even getting any customer care calls but from below numbers

    +375602605220 & +375602605223.

    But luckily i have read about the numbers that starts with +375 in the recent days so did not answer the call but what if i answer the call when I’m using head phone and without looking at the phone.

    Don’t really know whom to blame on this but this need to be justified.

    Can give my phone number if required.
