For mobile number 9503663462 every day they are charging 1.50, 1.00, 1.50 and so on. I have called customer service numerous times telling them that I do not want any VAS on the phone they say everything has been deactivated and continue to charge. I never requested for any VAS, have sent STOP to 121 several times, it shows no value added services are active , yet I keep receiving a message stating that you have been renewed for cartoon of the day subscription and my balance is continually being deducted. I want to know how do I go about taking legal action as I believe I have been fleeced by these bastards
