Unauthorized Loan against my credit card.

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Standard Charter Bank

Dear Customer Care,

I am writing this mail in order to highlight the issue and discrepancies while generating bill against my credit card 4541 9823 3440 2754

1) Without information linking of an loan account against my credit card MANHATTAN INSTABUY 9356−5051−1661−5310. And unauthorised bill of additional 8,065.65

2) Excessive charge of DAL PROCESSING FEE of 2,385.00
3) No rebate or refund of Petrol Surcharges for Payment Made through Credit Card whereas it was the benefit linked to my card.

Please provide me explanation for each issues as mentioned above.
