Unauthorized deductions from reliance mobile

Unauthorized deductions
I am a Reliance prepaid card user. My number is 7878811630. Today 29 April 2014, I have been charged for

Rs. 30/- on account of VAS One97STalkDPand on 28th 10 rs and 27 rs 10

This charge has been deducted despite the fact that I have NOT requested any such subscriptions. Many times this type of deduction has been done by reliance.

When I called the customer care No. of reliance GSM 198, *398 , 30333333 of Reliance GSM, there is no response come from these Numbers.

I am demanding a refund of the amount of Rs. 50/-.
