UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT

Tata Docomo is resorting to unauthorized deductions form the prepaid accounts of the customers in a fradulaent manner. They send unsilicited messages on the prepaid mobiles for activating certain services. When the customer responds with a decision to decline the offer, the message is not received by the server of Tata Docomo ultimately leading to deductions from the prepaid account of the customers. It has happened to me twice. On approaching the customer care, they are not considerate in listening to you. They tell their own version of story.
