I have been lied and cheated by the Bharti Airtel company. I have been wrongfully charged. Actually i took an add on no. and i was told that all calls, messages will be free between those two no.s.When i received the bill, i was being charged for calls and messages on both the no.s, according to the corporate scheme given by this company “BHARTI AIRTEL”, all calls and messages between a primary no. and an add on no. is free while both the numbers are ona corporate CUG 99 monthy rental plan. I talked to the Nodal Department of this company and the applet dept. and they are not crediting the wrongfull charges correctly. Previously they promosed to credit Rs.1300 from the actual amount but they just credited Rs. 800. Recently they have added another charge of over Rs. 2000 for Call Diverts/ Call forwarding for which i was not informed ever before. I am not well and these people keep on calling me and disturbing to pay the unauthorized bill they prepared. What ever they said or promised, everything was wrong and invalid and which doesn’t make any sence.The concerned no. is “+919971115574″ which is an add on no. and on which they sent an unauthorized bill. Please help me i am in deep trouble. One of their representative even gave an impression that ” Do whatever you want to do, we are not afraid of the consumer court” which is a very serious statement.
