i have been using a relience gsm sim since 5 years(9905731817). from the last 10 days five entertainment packs have been automatically activated to my number. for every activation , some amount of balance have been deducted.
every time i have to call customer care for that and i never got proper feedback from them. recently activated packs are

2. mantra pack
3. shayeri pack
4. callertune
