Unauthorised person has tried to hacked my no with the compliance of Airtel employees

Respected Sir,
An unauthorised person Harjagdeep Singh has tried to file different request against my mobile no 9872501836 at the different locations in Punjab and Chandigarh with the compliance of some employees of Airtel company,but there is no action taken by the higher authority of Airtel company against that person and the employee.
