Unauthorised deduction of money for VAS

Name of company/service: AIRCEL ORISSA

I, on behalf of Mrs Manorama Bhola who uses AIRCEL mobile service (mobile no is 9853135788-Bhubaneswar-Orissa). I would like to lodge a complaint regarding deduction of balance money from my account without my consent for services like ringtones, friendship service etc. More than Rs 400-500 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge for these addon services of your company in last three months. Moreover, when I spoke with customer care executive to resolve the issue on 12/08/2012 i.e. firstly to stop all these additional services which I have not subscribed and secondly to refund the deducted money into my account, she was very rude and unsupportive and disconnected the call abruptly saying that ‘nothing can be done’. Moreover, I have sent an email citing the above mentioned issues to the AIRCEL-Orissa on 19 Aug 12, on 226/27 Aug Rs 30 has again been deucted from my account.Despite resolving the issue, the company is continuing to deduct additional money without customer’s consent.

In view of the above, I am lodging an online complaint with you to kindly resolve my issue and direect AIRCEL Orissa to refund my money back. Moreover, I sought for an apology from the customer care executive for her misconduct/misbehaviour.
