After above messages I checked & confirmed deduction of Rs. 15.00 from my Main Talktime by dialling *121#. I considered that PackBIS15 is successfully activated. I am following this procedure carefully since using Blackberry handset to avoid any unauthorized deductions from my account (Main talktime). I know I can’t access to idea internet unless I activate any Blackberry data plan as above. Also I know very well that there should TCP IP (APN) Setting Blackberry.net to access internet on Blackberry device. Which was already there in place at the 1st time when I activated Idea Internet Network on my device. After this I never ever fingered these TCP IP (APN) settings.

Unfortunately, when I checked my Main Talktime balance at 10 PM I found there is unauthorised deduction & my balance was decreased to Rs. 20.30. I was shocked. Immediately I called Idea Customer Care at 198 regarding my complaint. See below is the summary in short….

जब मैने कॉल किया तो कोई अमोल बात कर रहा था| उसे सभी Details बता दि, मेरी सब बात सुनने के बाद वो जवाब नही दे पाया| उसणे मेरी कॉल किसी और को Transfer कर दि| दुसरे EXECUTIVE ने मुझे पहले तो मुझे बोला की आप की BIS Plan अगले ८ Hours मै Activate होगी | फिर उसे मैने उपर लिखे messages के बारे मे बताया| उसने Call Hold करणे के लिये कहा और कुछः समय बाद कहा की आप ने TCP IP (APN) settings बदली है जीससे की ये सब Deduction हुआ है| मैने उसे कहा की मैने एक बार (पहली बार) Settings Set करणे के बाद कभीभी वह settings Change नही की, या फिर मुझे ऐसे करणे की कोई कभी जरुरत नही पडी| और मै पिछ्ले कई महिनो से इसी तरह BIS Plan Activate करवा की ही इंटरनेट use करता आया हु| और मुझे मेरा पुरा deduct हुआ Balance वापस चाहिये| मेरी complaint Register कर लो| पर दुर्भाग से वह बंदा मानणे को तैयार ही नही| वह बोला हम इसमे कुच्छ नही कर सकते| तभी मैने उसे बोला की इसकी शिकायत जरूर करुंगा| पर कोई फायदा नही हुआ| उसके बाद कॉल Cut कर दि|

Now read carefully Idea Cellular Responsibles. Stop such irritating service Idea Cellular. Don’t be hopeless, shameless. Stop making fool your customers. I, each of my family members and most of the friends are using Idea network since years. After this unfortunate experience I am going to STOP Idea Cellular Service immediately for me and my family. Also, I would advice each and every friend in my circle to do so. I will share this awful experience online/offline everywhere possibly. I had such bad experiences several times but I ignored. But now enough is enough. Good bye…Hopeless Idea Services !!!
