I have taken a new sim card from mts company number 09875043096 about 6 months ago. In last two months company is activating unwanted services regularly on my number deducting my account’s whole balance. When I complained to the costumer care, company replies that the balance is not refundable. When I talk further costumer care executive disconnects my call.
Now last month I recharged my account by rs 110. Company has deducted all my account balance without any information. When I complained no satisfactory answer was given.
I request you to take appropriate action against the company.
