I recently shifted to New Delhi and got a reliance GSM sim,after 2 weeks the started deducting balance from my account saying that msg services has been activated on my sim.without my permission they activated all sort of tarrif plan and did not refunded my entire amount.This happens every time i recharage my account,and now i have stopped rechahrging it because if i have even 10Rs. in ma acount they will deduct it by activating some silli plan on my account. i am totally fed up with this malpractice. reliance is just tarnishing its brand name.i have complained at least 5 times ,but they hardly care for the customer.
