Unactivation of Aircel prepaid Number

Location/place: MUMBAI

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

I took a new prepaid connection on 10 feb 2013,the retailer told me it will activated after 3 days.after 3 days when i enquire he told it will take another 5 days& now even after 10 days the sim is not activated even after the verification.When i asked the retailer he also tried and called his Aircel distributor & customer care.They told you have to wait for another 48 hrs or even more.Its a horrible service provided by the company.
Its better to move on another service provider who has some commitments towards their customer.
