Unacceptable quality of Ray Ban aviator

Hi,

I placed an order at Snapdeal.com for Ray-Ban Aviator RB-3025-001-58 Unisex Sunglasses on 19-June-2014 against Order#2292809820 (order id).
Payment for 5789 INR was made immediately while placing the order.

I received the shipment next day but the quality for the same was very dross/unacceptable. There seems to be issue with the glasses and size as well.

After rigorous chase and follow-up with the Customer Care team, they are not ready to get it changed or replaced.

Also, I provided them with the option of not refunding the amount but convert them to points which can be redeemed later on.

I am really unhappy with the quality of product as well as the services offered by Snapdeal.

Request you to please help in getting the issue resolved.

I dont know whats wrong with snapdeal. I received my order today RayBan Aviator 3025 and i found its a fake version after verifying as it dont have a barcode label as well etched RB letters on lenses.
When I ordered the product it was never mentioned that it can not be returned. Now when I chose to return it s showing that it can not be returned due to unspecified reasons. It it a joke going on that whenever needed you will change the rules of return policy. I want my money back or the original product.
