I am unable to view channels on Sun Direct since 3:00 pm from 7th July 2012. I had called the customer service and complained about the same, they did some troubleshooting over the phone and gave me a complaint number (# 1-5879948826) and told me that this issue would be resolved in 24 hours, they told me a technician would call within 24 hours. On 8th July 2012 at 11:45 am, i got a message on my registered mobile number that the complain has been closed, i did not receive any call from Sun Direct and the complain has been closed. I called the customer service number again, they gave me another complaint number (# 1-5884670614) and said would send a technician in the evening, at 2:00 pm on the same day, i got another message on the registered mobile number, that this complaint has been closed. I called the customer service and spoke to Gurdev Desai, he said he has emailed the technical team in Chennai and the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. I asked them for a credit for not being able to view channels for more than 24 hours, they denied saying, it is an issue from the customers end and not Sun Direct, hence they would not be able to give me a credit. The issue still pursue as of now.
