sir, i had been an idea customer for the past few years they had me irritating for long that i file this complaint. The idea cellulars have failed in providing their customers uinterrupted internet connections. I was greatly in need of it and had my future at stake due to their continuous “network busy” error which persisted for more than 24 hours dating from 24/06/1993 till now. I’ve called a no. of times to the customer care. They have failed in attending my calls and once have argued against me.
