unable to return the wrong size product

i had ordered shoes from jabong.com n the size that got delivered was wrong so i asked for a reverse pick up. the order was received on the 30th of july.n on d same day the complaint was filed.they kept telling me that the reverse pick up will reach me within 2 to 5 business days but no one came. n last evening that is more that 10 days later i got n email from them saying that the pick up guy had visited my premises twice but dint find me. well thats a lie coz i havent gone out of the house during the day since i have received the parcel. i live in a society where a record of everyone visiting is maintained. n they haven’t provided me with any proof of the person visiting. they are now asking me to take the pain of returning it myself with no guarantee of my money being refunded. i am sure that they are trying to cheat me.please help!!!!
