Unable to Recive call or SMS on Cell no 98248 50966

Hi,

I am Gunjan Patel, recently I have ported from VODAFONE to IDEA using Mobile number portability. (Cell no 9824850966)

From the day I switch to IDEA I am unable to get incoming calls, I have raised a complaint by calling to Idea customer care, visited the IDEA showroom where I have got the SIM. I have repeatedly calling customer care for resolving my problem. It is almost 8 days and my problem is not solved.

No incoming for 8 days as of today is very much inconvenient and a huge business loss for me.
