Unable to get replaced my blackberry

I had purchased a blackberry from Vodafone store, Faris Kolkata on 2/2/2012. After 2 months I have faced some problems in the set. So I give
the set back to them as it was within warranty period. But till date I am yet to received the from them. So I am requesting you to please help me out from this situation.
