I am trying to activate Rs129 BBM plan since 16th April. I am continuously complaining to care and writing mails to nodal officer.Today i.e. 26/04/13 I got a call asking what is the problem and have no reply for what they had done in these last 10 day. even the officer was asking what is the issue. I want to know what they have done in last 10 days. how can I find out so that I can forward this complaint to some court or else.
