Hey i had written these complain regarding the gprs problem that i was facing on 28nov which was the last day and when i talked to customer care and when i said to him that my Edge Symbol is not coming then he said that we are unable to help u and due to which my 970MB data was totally gone waste and there should be conflict in future so i talked to customer care before my pack was over its a very harassing movement for the customer when we get these answer from customer care so i request u to refund my main account bal or gprs balance or i will have to seriously go to the court to solve the problem its not kidding i will do it my no7276879866 u can call me on itself
