I had ordered a laptop on Sat, Aug 12th ’17 8:42 PM through flipkart via cash on delivery method. On the day of delivery I made the payment on flipkart app via canara bank debit card. At first the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my bank account. The flipkart representatives were unable to provide proper solutions . But later they told me that the payment is successful and I can now receive my product on my address in Belgaum. But the product delivery man did not deliver the product saying that his system has not received any updates regarding the payment. I again spoke to the flipkart executives and they were unable to help in this matter. Finally one customer care executive from flipkart assured me that he has registered a complaint and the delivery office at Belgaum will be updated with the payment status. Even after 2 days I am not able to receive the product even though I have made the payment of 46000 approx. Pls help me. My phone number is 9164373664
