I am Unable to Connect to Broadband Plus mode. The device is ZTE make. MDN number is 9372113395. I have upgraded my Data plan to 40 GB unlimited on 18th October 2014. But now the device is unable to connect in HSD mode i.e 3.1 Mbps bandwidth. The Hybrid mode is getting max bandwidth of 230 kbps. Please resolve this issue as it is affecting my work.
