I want to share my experience with foodpanda. On Thursday, 21st May, 2015 at 7.00 PM I have ordered my meal through food panda and
my order number was m1wc-k1ko/2. I was confirmed by message that my order is confirmed by the restaurant and promised to deliver the food by 8.00 pm. After waiting for almost 90 minutes I called food panda at 8.30 and asked about my order. After putting my call for hold for 5 minutes, the executive at other end assure me that my order will reach me in 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I call them again and then again after putting my call for hold for 5-6 minutes, the executive told me that there is some problem with the restaurant’s delivery and he is placing my order from another restaurant. He assured me that I will got the confirmation sms for the same in 2 minutes. But after 15 minutes when I didn’t received any message from there side, I call them one more time. As usual after putting me hold for 5-7 minutes they told me that the second restaurant, from where they tried to place my order, is not delivers in my area. At this time, I was completely shaken from their mis-management and un professional behaviour. At last I suggest them restaurant’s which are in the list of food panda and deliver in my area, but they have reasons for all. One have rates too high another have more minimum order limit and so on. I have no other option at that time and at 10 pm I request them to refund my paid money. I was told that it will be refunded automatically in a day or two. After that I order my food to a local restaurant and within 15 minutes I received that. I want to say that this foodpanda is completely a shit and they have no management at all. Neither they are interested in helping customers. They dont even inform me about the cancellation of order from the restaurants. Don’t waste your time and money on this site. There is not even a single apology from there side for this incident.
