un necessary suspension charge deducted

I am a customer of airtel digital tv when I have purchased the representative told me the benefits of
it
but when I recharged Ist time 1 day late they have deducted 30 rs charges as penalty when I asked to
customer care no. they said you recharged your plan late so this penalty have been charged but I said I
am not aware of this and you should give us 3 or 4 days grace period they refused and said next time we
will see. After that when I recharged my plan on same date on which date my plan is due i.e. 23 march
they again deduct 15rs said that this is suspension charge after talking and argued so much they said
you
are on fault and I was seeing the message on tv that due date is 23 march. DIGITAL ID IS 3024785863.
Other service provider are giving good services than airtel and no any suspension charges and deduction
are charged by them. Please resolve my problem otherwise go to consumer care and switch to other
service
provider. My registered no. is 9602597946
