Iam traveling from pune to Bhopal .and make a ticket vovlvo bus Hans Travels (pune). AC Bus ticket provide by hans travel amount 1550/- but at the time of traveling my siliper bus Burt barn heat up iam checking .my Burt above the engine .i complaint the same on bus driver and conductor but he cant resolve my problem and. iam suffering from head pain hole the time of traveling and very dis pointed this type of service .please rise complaint against hans travel for the same .date of traveling – 07/07/2013
