Un-authorised Deduction from Aircel

Hi,
This is go inform you that Rs 40 has been deducted from my account balance 3 August 2015 around 2:30 PM. I immediately called Customer Care team and the deduction was not updated in the system. Hence I was asked to call back later. This not the first time, it has happened.
I the received two messages confirming that I have used some Aircel service however I did not as I have internet and SMS pack both active in my number.
I have been trying to contact the Customer Care team since 6 PM yesterday however can’t get through due to the high call volume.
This has not happened for the first and that is the reason, I had to activate DND to ensure it does not happen again however same experience once again.
I send an email at [email protected] on 4 August 2015 & 5 August 2015 looking for an update however I am yet to get a reply from their end.
I have almost tried to contact the Customer Care team more than 50 times since 3 August 2015 to get the matter resolved however not once I was able to get through to the Customer Care Representative due to the high call volume. I tried at 8:00 AM and also at 11:00 PM but I could not speak to the Customer Care team. I even received message from Aircel providing self-serve options as I was unable to connect to the Customer Care team however that was of no use.
The same incident happened again today morning where Rs 40 was deducted once again at 1:00 PM where I received a message confirming that I have activated All Channel TV Week Pack for 7 days and then it will be auto renewed. I cannot contact anyone to resolve the matter.
I then got the toll free number of 18001033003 which was the first level complain team and they asked to dial 198. I have also dialed 198 more than 10 times with no progress.
I will try to contact the Customer Care team again and if I get connected to them, they will not refund the money by saying that it has already crossed 24-48 hrs.
Is there anyone who can let me know how do I get the matter resolved or switching from Aircel to a different provider is the only solution?
