I ordered Nikon coolpix L830 from Snapdeal.com on 3rd oct 14 order No is 2996614721,and they hand it over to a courier company Ecom express(tracking no- 106106695) and give me expected delivery by 13th oct. My product is in Pune since 9th oct in ecom express branch pune which is about 10.5km from my home.from last 4-5 days Ecom express customer care executive are giving excuses by saying “your product will be deliver by today or tomorrow”. Most terrible today when i asked them for delivery status, simply they told me to take address of courier branch and take it by your own.
