UGLY ROOMS AND HEAVY CHARGING

Fake promises and looting of customers.
1) instance –
I booked a hotel through out app, my booking was also confirmed but after reaching to the hotel I came to know that the property is sold out. I travelled from outstation just believing I have confirm booking for next 3 days.
On the top of this oyo didn’t help me to get a stay for nextv3 days.

2)instance –

Oyo charged 3100 for a room and said that parking facility and good room.
The rooms is not even equivalent to be paid for 800 INR.
NO PARKING FACILITY.
DIRTY BEDSHITS.
WATER LOGGED WALLS.
SMELLY ROOM
