i purchased KENT GOLD (Water Purifier)on 22 Jan 2012 from CSD Canteen Roorkee. Its UF membrane stopped filtering water after one month. On repeated complains once it was repaired and demonstrated for proper cleaning. But it did’nt work properly. Still it is not working properly. It has stopped working.I have written many emails to some of the officials of KENT but no action has been taken.
