Ubislate 7C+ is not working

I buy a Ubislate 7C+ but it was not Working.

my tablet IMEI No 911249550095492.

When i tried to turn on my tablet it shows only Datawind but there is no other progress/ Process and the reset button is not working.

i was called to tech support on 01832581330 So many times but there no response from that side.

So pls consider my request regarding this issue.and take nessessary action for repair the tablet.
