ubislate 7+ pre booking in june but still not deliverewed

i have booked ubislate 7+ on 9th june 2012
and i have prepaid amount by cheque on same day.The amount from my account is debited in same week
it was commited that if i prepay the amount i will get tablet in july2012 but still waiting plz help
