UBISlate 7+ – No Delivery even after 6 months of promised date

I paid advance 2999 Rs to Datawind , I have the details of payment , the promised delivery was to happen Mar 2012. It has not yet happened and there is no response from the company on repeated followups also. Its frustrating and horrible experience.I want the delivery immediately.
