Ubislate 7+

I have not received my Ubislate7+ till the date(28 July 2012). I have paid the full amount in the month of March2012. Still they are not responding to my mail.
Achnowledgment by company by mail on 20April 2012 “This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque/Demand Draft number 363413 of Rs2,999 of ICICI BANK . Thank you for your payment. Your order is in process, You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ approximately in six weeks.” cheque dated : 07 March2012, Amount withdrawn on 16March2012.

Please look into the matter and please make them to send my ubislate 7+ as early as possible.
