on 24.02.2015 I booked a Uber Taxi for a trip from Kolkata Airport to Kankurgachi, Kolkata by my mobile no.8902250720. I was told as per the movement of taxi on my mobile screen that it will take 14 minutes. Driver called me to come out to the Exit gate. I came to exit gate and after few minutes he came. I reached home and got a bill for Rs.260/- in which he charged PARKING FEE RS.60/- AND TIME (WAITING) RS,29.60
WHICH IS NOT APPLICABLE AT ALL.
After writting 2/3 mails they have not yet replied. This is quite unfair to charge which they have not incurred.
