twice deduction of EMI amount

Dear Team,

i took a fridge on EMI with 1099 amount per month for 10 months , first EMI was to be deduced from my account on 9th july.

Now the amount was deducted on 15th may from my account and on 16th Tata Capital send a guy at my home address to collect the same amount as he told from the second month the amount will be deducted from my account. As i didn’t got any confirmation that my amount was already deducted i gave the amount again and took the receipt.

Now when i got to know my amount was deducted twice then i raised the concern with Tata Capital and they logged a call for the same.

Call id : 1010417.

they told will be resolved in 2-3 working days so i waited 1 week.
now from since then i am chasing Tata Capital for refund the amount but they are not doing so.

even i escalated this issue with the senior guy but till no refund . Due to which i have to arrange this extra amount in the month end to cope up with my monthly need.

Hope some action can be taken against such inappropriate deduction.
