I am a prepaid customer of Airtel Digital Tv(Customer ID :3004339025), I have subscribed for a Economy Sports Standard Sep-12 and also
Bengali Free Lifetime Topup Aug-12
Monthly subscription: Rs.275.0(inclusive of tax)
So as my subscription include Zee Bangla, Zee Bangla Cinema, Abp Anand, Ten Cricket, Sahara One etc But from last Tuesday these channals are not coming although not shown any error message. And when I called nearest customer relation office (Contact No of that ofiice : 8420047173) they ask for a service charge of Rs. 125, but my question is what is for that money? I have subscribes that channals on daily rental basis so there should not be any period of expire the service unless my account balance is below the daily charge and they told me after six month for any kind of call I have to pay. Today morning I recieve a call in response of an email complain against the same from Mr. Mohit Khanna,digital TV,bharti airtel limited and he told me the same I have to pay the Rs. 125 for taken this service.
But my question is why they charged for my daily paid subscribed channel which I can’t view on my DTH connection, and they told me I have to pay service charge for taken any service from them. But I have already advance paid for that service. They should not charge a prepaid customer twice for same service.
