TV Connection not working

Hello Sir,

I am writing on the unresponsiveness behaviour of the services provided by the local vendor of DEN Digital TV under the name of “Sun Shine Cable TV Centre”. We have 3 connections of DEN Digital TV under the name of Chandan Mishra with Smart Car numbers (14463277 , 14631428, 29703972. Though all our monthly payments are done on tiem (before 5th of every month), our cable connection is not working for the last two days and is giving the error “Please call customer service to subscribe for this channel (4).

When contacted they have no clue for this except stating that the payment is not made which is not true and we had showed them the receipt.

The DEN customer service number 18004192020 is busy all the time. I had called thrice on this number but all I am getting is call wiating and after waiting for abt 8-10 minutes each time, I had no option but to disconnect the call.

Kindly advise where in India is customer service when a customer is paying for the services on time and what action would be taken against this.
