I bought a formal shirt and trousers from Shree Nirmala John Palyer’s out let in Avani Riverside Mall on 23rd May 2013, costing Rs.2598. I wanted to exchange it for some size issue. First I went there for two times but they were unable to exchange due to the unavailability of stock. Third time when I went I still couldn’t get it exchanged but they wrote down my name and number and promised me to inform whenever the stock is available. But I have not received any such call from their end. Then I went there again and still there was no stock. I asked for a simple black trousers and a shirt and they kept telling that black trousers are high on demand so the stock finished. If they are true they got the stock for several times but they didn’t care to once to inform me and when I demanded they were showing eyes and misbehaved rudely. I have my money stuck for 2 and half long months and not even getting the products and being continuously harassed. Please help.
