Tropicana pack was packed carelessly so i got some unusual thing inside that which was too worse looking.

I purchased a pack of Tropicana juice of Pomegranate Flavour from Big Bazaar Trivandrum, Kerala.
I drink firstly Two glass in morning and again i pour a glass at evening same day, taste was too much bad so i feel something an cut out the packet and i saw inside there was some thing unusual packet type color black black was around over. It was dangerous as i had already drinked juice in morning, then i clicked pictures of that wiered thing and email to customer care of PepsiCO company, then they replied after 3 days and ask for details of packet and then no worries was from company side. when i did another mail saying that if u are not responding me then i am going to complain to higher authority, then they call me and said that they will give me a new packet of juice. If anything could be happen to me for drinking this juice then also they will give a fresh pack of juice.
I have bill and that packet details and mails etc.. and its proved by their side also that they accept their fault because they came to me personally and gave me forcefully new pack and says SORRY also….

Can u take a right direction case as a Tropicana is most consumed product and the company is playing with there lives…
