TRD refund not processed

Location/place: Bhopal

Name of company/service: IRCTC

I have booked a railway ticket and not travelled. PNR No : 2806644023.
Date of journey was 2nd August’12 and same day I filed a TRD. After many floow ups, not yet received the refund. Its more than 4 months now.
Kindly help to get the refund.
