Travel package scam.

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: GoTrip India Pvt Ltd.

I booked a 2N 3D package for Mahabeleshwar thur Go trip for Hotel Pratap Heritage.
The package qutoed to me was AC Heritage rooms with honeymoon inclusions.
When they delivered the voucher, they provided non AC rooms without any honeymoon inclusions.
When we spoke to them, they denied.
