transportation and goods and car

Name of company/service: kaveri express packers and movers

I have hired ‘kaveri express packers and movers’ for my car and home good from hyderabad to delhi .They took charges for insurance but they are not providing the insurance details and they broke my goods so i ‘m not able to claim for broken almirah etc.. also they take my car to transport from trailer to Delhi but they used my car for 1200 kms also tool kits and cover are not in the car .. there is also some dent , now they are not picking the phone . please look into the matter.
