Dear Sir,
My Bharat gas connection consumer number 5543660 is in the name of my brother Sujit D’Souza who lives in Mangalore and I wanted to transfer the connection to my name. The Website of Bharat Gas says we can now change the ownership from family member’s name. In this I apporached Mukta Gas service Malad West twice and was told that I cannot transfer it to my name.
I wrote a complaint to Bharat Gas through their website (Complaint ref number 40185871) but they are not bothered to revert.
The name can be changed by filling 2 forms Annexure A and Annexure B as per the website and the directive given by the government because of the introduction of the subsidy cylinder scheme.
Is Bharat Gas waiting for the scheme to kick off so that they can charge me more than Rs 800 per cylinder?
Need a response from Bharat gas what action is being taken against Mukta Gas and where do I go from here?
