HI,
I am using credit card of HDFC BANK,and i have purchased gold of amount 29300/-INR, The same i want to convert into EMI, but they are not ready to do that as told by bank it is not possible as you have purchase gold.But before i purchase the same i have called to HDFC BANK customer care regarding the same,that i want to purchase gold.and i want to convert into EMI, They told to me please give a call after purchase, we will make the EMI for that particular amount, now i am calling to customer care regarding thesame but they are not ready to do that as saying, hdfc bank does not provide EMI on facility in gold.now i am totaly confused as they have told to me earlier about the same that you can convert into EMI, i dont have amount to pay in full.i have made purchase of 29300/- INR.i can pay into instllment only.
request you to please help me out the same as i am not getting any help from anywhere.
