Hello sir, on 12th of june i tried to take out money from canara bank atm,but ATM was not working so took out my ATM card and cancelled transaction and thought to withdraw from HDFC atm which is just located in 50 mtrs.Before i reach there i received msg saying your 3400INR has been debited from my a/c.i went to the Canara bank ATM again but it was still not working.So i spoke to banker in hdfc bank he said wait for 3days you get it back if not file a cash back form.I followed the same and lodged a cash back form.But just after 3days i received a msg saying that was a valid transaction.But nobody is giving me justification or proof.I know i didnt take money.HDFC saying go to canara bank they will do it and canara bank saying HDFC will do it.and i am fedup of rushing them thats why i need help from you.i am not from delhi and i work for my libelihood.for 10 days i didnt have single penny.i was hard up by my pocket and faced lot of inconvenience.
