transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my credit card

dear sir,
Isohaib khan of 24 guha road ghusuri howrah 711107 renewed my motor bike policy on line vide no-og-09-2401-1802-00028492 on 5/1/2010 at 5 p.m.but after renewing there was showing transaction failure but the amount was deducted from my credit card. at last i called their custmer care head office pune .I talked with Mr arvind inamdar and told about my problem he told that send me mail about your problem after that they have given me mail that if the amount was deducted mail me your bank statement and on 7/1/2010 i have sent my bank statement through mail but they are not giving any response,several times i have make call to their head office operator is receving my call and asking my name and transfering my call but from there i am not getting any response.sir i am attaching my credit card statement.
sir please look after this matter and do need full.
