Transaction failed but money debited till now it is not credited (2 months completed)

Name of company/service: SBI Cards

I have ordered one item from next India retail on 09.may.2013 for that i have used my SBI Gold and More card Rs 6981/- was debited but the transaction was failed. I have raised a request for disputed money with SBI but still now the issue is not resolved and there is no reply from SBI for my mails. Total irresponsible behavior from customer service. my request no’s are CaseID=006-577-922, ‘CaseID=006-624-019, CaseID=006-677-188
